NAMME reserves the right to charge the correct amount if it is different from the total payment received.
NAMME must receive a written request for a cancellation prior to the cancellation deadline of August 20, 2017. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Cancellation requests received after the deadline date are not eligible for refunds or credits. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. All refunds will be processed within 6-8 weeks following the meeting. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment. Payment made by credit card will be issued to the same credit card.
